Been There Done That

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision. Finding somoene who identifies with our needs and get’s it is rare, but not impossible. We need to feel seen and heard. We do not want to be judged. We need to feel safe. If we don’t feel all of those things from our provider we can’t start healing.

So please ask the questions, conduct a deep dive interview, find out if the provider is right for you not the other way around. If they don’t get it - then keep looking. This is your journey and you chose who walks with you!

Testimonials

Ivy Lamb has been by far the most personable, insightful, helpful therapist I have ever worked with.

She made me feel completely safe, valued and understood from our very first session.

I’m so grateful for all the help she has provided.

Ivy even delves into dream interpretation which has been immensely helpful for me.

I’ve never had a therapist who actually helped me make sense of my subconscious mind’s manifestations.

Since working with Ivy I’ve not only made great progress in my personal relationships, but I’ve become a far happier, healthier and more independent version of myself.

She has walked with me through many things including but not limited to family relationships, past traumas and guided me along my journey to marrying the love of my

life.

I couldn’t possibly recommend Ivy more!

Testimonials

My son was murdered on August 8, 2022. I have gone to several therapy sessions with Ivy that were very beneficial to me in my journey of healing. Ivy is incredibly insightful, a great listener and demonstrates meaningful and educated discernment in her sessions.

Ivy came into my life in one of my worst times. She is one of the most selfless, compassionate persons I have ever met. She listened and she gave me the tools to overcome and perservere. She taught me that life is not a tragedy, we just need to learn how to live and love ourselves. Thank you Ivy.
